2. Description of Service
YoureBooked is an online appointment booking platform that connects customers with service businesses (salons, barbershops, tattoo studios, etc.). We facilitate the booking process, deposit payments, and appointment management.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings require a deposit payment processed securely through Stripe.
- Deposit amounts are set by each business and typically represent a portion of the total service price.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless the business has a specific refund policy. Please contact the business directly for refund inquiries.
- The remaining balance for services is typically due at the time of your appointment and is handled directly by the business.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointment using the links provided in your confirmation email.
- Cancellations are final and cannot be undone.
- Refund policies for deposits upon cancellation are determined by each individual business.
- We recommend contacting the business directly if you need a refund for a cancelled appointment.
5. For Businesses
- Businesses can register on YoureBooked for free.
- Businesses are responsible for providing accurate service information, pricing, and availability.
- Businesses must connect a Stripe account to receive deposit payments.
- YoureBooked is not responsible for the quality of services provided by businesses on the platform.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Make fraudulent bookings or payments
- Impersonate another person or business
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
7. Limitation of Liability
YoureBooked is a booking platform and acts as an intermediary between customers and businesses. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by businesses listed on our platform. We are not responsible for disputes between customers and businesses.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
